It is an incredible honor to step into the role of President of Windsor Fair, following in the footsteps of my father, Thomas Foster, who has led this organization with dedication and vision for the past 32 years. His leadership has guided the fair through steady growth, making it the beloved tradition it is today. I want to take a moment to thank him for his unwavering commitment and the strong foundation he has built for all of us.

As we move forward, my goal is to uphold and continue the legacy he has established—one of community, tradition, and progress. Windsor Fair has always been a place where families gather, exhibitors showcase their hard work, and volunteers come together to create something truly special. That spirit remains at the heart of everything we do.

This year, we are committed to maintaining the high standards that fairgoers have come to expect while also looking for new ways to enhance the experience for everyone. Whether it’s through improved facilities, exciting entertainment, or expanded agricultural exhibits, we will continue to build upon the success of those who have come before us.

To our dedicated volunteers, vendors, exhibitors, and fairgoers—thank you for your support and passion. Windsor Fair thrives because of you, and I look forward to working together to make this season one of our best yet.
